Jesus' death and resurrection serve as a powerful metaphor for our human experience—dying to find new life. As caregivers, people often come to us only when something they have tried over and over no longer works. We can walk people through recognizing and grieving a strategy that has failed, which can feel like a death. We can also share in the privilege of working with people to experience transformation and renewal as we facilitate heart change through the power of God, the same power that raised Jesus from the dead.
