Leaders Training Series On Site
Five-Week Curriculum
Host our trainers for our five-week series with a curriculum we have contextualized to equip leaders and volunteers in your church. The Redeemer Counseling Training team endeavors to equip the church and its leaders to love people well and minimize harm.
We have three objectives in this training series:

What do participants learn?
Our curriculum for this series is based on 30+ years of Gospel-centered counseling experience in New York City. Participants will be introduced to our unique Gospel-centered Integrated Framework for Therapy (GIFT), which provides a new way to understand your congregants and to gain direction for contextualized ministry.
Some of the topics include responding well to people’s struggles, trauma, and abuse. Your leaders will have the opportunity to grow personally as well as practice learning to ask good questions, to become better listeners, and to discern appropriate boundaries in pastoral care. This series also helps leaders to develop policies and procedures to protect both your congregants and leaders.
