She is a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator, specializing in premarital counseling to help couples build strong foundations for their future together. Additionally, Ashley has received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a modality aimed at fostering secure and resilient relationships by addressing underlying emotional patterns.

In her counseling practice, Ashley incorporates the Enneagram, a personality framework, as a tool to deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and promote understanding within relationships.
