Jae Horton serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Redeemer Counseling, bringing over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in Accountancy from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Jae is also a Fulbright Scholar, having spent time in Singapore studying the country’s "second industrial revolution." In addition to her professional work, Jae teaches children's ministry and leads the evangelism ministry at her church, passionately preaching the gospel in various public spaces throughout NYC. She is deeply committed to supporting organizations that serve critical communities, helping them achieve their goals, deliver their services effectively, and remain competitive.
