Salli is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Master of Social Work at New York University and has over 25 years of experience working with children and families across a broad spectrum of settings. This includes foster care, residential treatment facilities, partial hospital programs and in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis. She managed an autism center for young children. She believes that to be effective, a practitioner requires clinical competencies, empathy, and humility. It is her goal to grow personally as she walks together with each individual she is privileged to meet at Redeemer Counseling. 

In Salli’s personal life, she is blessed with two incredible young adult children who challenge her to be God's best. Because she likes to multitask, she listens to podcasts while cleaning. (Who says chores can't be a learning experience?)
