GROUP DESCRIPTION

Do you ever feel confused by your own emotions and behaviors?  Why do some things trigger bigger reactions of shame, anger, or anxiety for you than others?  How can you stop the unwanted behaviors that you find yourself returning to?  Will you always feel like your identity is dependent on perfectionism or pleasing others to avoid feeling like a failure who isn’t good enough?

If you can relate to any of these questions, you are not alone!  At Redeemer Counseling, we provide a unique therapeutic approach that integrates Biblical and mental health perspectives to understand our struggles and the change process.

Join this 9-week group to explore your story and internalize the Gospel in new ways as you grow together in the context of a safe community.
