"The group has been a safe space that has allowed me to feel validated in so many experiences that have often left me feeling isolated and shamed throughout much of my life, especially in a culture that often encourages secrets for the sake of self-preservation of the family. The simple act of hearing that other AAPI peers experience something similar has been so healing and life transforming."
